Why are partnering initiatives so important to Magenta?

One of the things that sets Magenta apart is how we treat our customers. We know every customer is different and that requirements will vary immensely from service to service. We also realise that Magenta isn’t always able to provide the required service internally. However, we are committed to our clients and our methodology, should the need arise, is to provide tailored packages and additional services through partnering with extensively vetted external firms. This process is managed by Magenta in order that all customers have a one stop shop and their requirements are wholly met.

Let’s look at a couple of examples. If a client requires additional security staff for a special event, our team of highly qualified staff can dovetail seamlessly with a client’s existing security team to give them the extra support they need. We saw this with the London 2012 Olympics where Magenta provided the additional security to bolster the existing force and help make the games such a success.

Another example is our work with BMI Healthcare. We have been working with them since 2009  and the company extended its contract to work with us for another 3 years in the spring of 2013. We provide a range of services including manned guarding, CCTV monitoring, key holding and patrol services. But by working in partnership with the client we provide a range of services outside the security scope using external suppliers  – such as cleaners and porters. We also provide training for their staff so that our service can integrate seamlessly with theirs. Our staff have even been trained to understand the gases used for medical use and are qualified to the required medical standards to administer them to patients in an emergency. This has only been achieved through a partnering approach and the client having trust in our staff.

If it was not for the close working relationship Magenta has with its customers and suppliers, it would not be able to act efficiently when requests are made. In the end, it’s all very simple. It all comes down to providing the best possible service to the client.
