The Importance of Long Term Relationships

As one of the leading private security firms, Magenta has built a strong reputation based on creating long term relationships with our customers. To demonstrate the strength of our on-going relationships we have recently re-signed extended contracts with three longstanding clients. The new contracts will see them continue to work with us for the foreseeable future.

The Royal Parks has been working with Magenta since 2007, The Royal College of Ophthalmologists has been working with Magenta for three years and TSL Contact has been working with Magenta for four years.

We have a clear strategy of working in partnership with clients and getting to know their individual security needs.  This enables us to put together a bespoke package which meets their security requirements, rather than adopting a ‘one size fits all’ approach. By understanding a client’s needs from the beginning, we deliver a superior service and are able to build long term relationships with our clients.

If it wasn’t for the close working relationship we have with clients and suppliers, we wouldn’t be able to act efficiently when requests are made.  For example, if a client requires extra security staff for a special event, our team of highly qualified staff can dovetail seamlessly with their existing security team to give them the support needed.

Our partnering approach means we haven’t lost a customer through poor service and our client retention remains one of the highest in the industry, with more than 97% of clients working with us for at least three years.  Over the last three years, we have grown 20% year on year and this has been based on organic growth – by winning contracts for the operation of further sites for existing customers directly from the partnerships we have created.

In the end, it’s all very simple. It all comes down to providing the best possible service to the client. And to achieve that we’ve found a partnering approach works best.
