Local Support

Magenta Security Services provide national security solutions, with our Head Office based near Heathrow in Middlesex we have a further 3 support offices located in Maidstone/Kent, Coventry and Southern Ireland. Our staff and fleet of vehicles we are willing and able to travel nationwide and believe that close support is the key to a successful long term working relationship coupled with the provision of a service that adapts to your business growth and change. 

All of our support centres have individual Operation Managers who are responsible for the delivery of your contract.

You will receive as much support as you need.  We like to maintain close contact, ensuring that all your requirements are met and the best service possible is delivered. 

Our Local Support Managers and Out-of-Hours Supervisors will visit you, at least monthly, to ensure that the service level agreements are being met.
